Establishment of a Professional Relationship

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or requesting information does not establish a psychologist-client or therapeutic relationship.

A professional relationship is established only after mutual agreement to commence psychological services and completion of the necessary intake and consent procedures.

Where online consultations are offered, reasonable technical measures are taken to ensure confidentiality and data security.

However, no electronic communication or internet-based platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with online communication.
